Manufacturing Techniques in Brief

- Glued/Stiched/taped. Parts are firstly glued together. The joint is then reinforced with blind stitches, then taped inside to make it watertight and comfortable.
- Glued/Stiched: Parts are glued together then reinforced with stitches.
- Flat seams with binding and tape: Parts are joined together with binding 4 needle
stitches then taped inside for ease of movement and to make joint watertight.
- Flat seams (with binding): Parts are joined together with binding and 4 needle stitches (Flat seam for comfort).
- Overlocked stitches: Parts are joined together with stitches inside.
CHLOROPRENE is manufactured from limestone in comparison to standard neoprene which is oil-based. CHLOROPRENE possesses amazing thermal properties, still remaining extremely supple.
